- Create weekly exercise schedules
- Stay motivated with personalized plans
How to Use the Fitness and Exercise Tool:
- In Workouts Tab choose workout type (Strength, Cardio, Yoga, HIIT)
- Set duration (10-120 minutes)
- Click "Generate Workout" to get a custom exercise plan
- In Progress Tracker Log current weight (to track changes), Set a goal weight (to stay motivated)
- Mark completed workouts (to track streaks)
- View your progress history in a simple chart
- Follow Weekly Planner
- Click on a day (e.g., Monday) to edit workouts
- Choose from Upper Body, Lower Body, Cardio, HIIT, Yoga, or Rest
- Click "Save" to update your weekly plan
- Use "Create New Plan" to reset your schedule.
