  • In Profile enter your age, gender, weight, height
  • Click "Save Profile"
  • In Food Tracker Type a food name (e.g., "Banana", "Chicken")
  • Enter the quantity (grams)
  • Click "Add Food" → it calculates calories and nutrients automatically.
  • In Meal Plans Select a diet type (Balanced, High-Protein, Low-Carb, Vegetarian)
  • Click "Get Meal Plan" → it suggests meals for the day
